I told him what happened and he was able to assess the issue and provide an estimate within 24 hours. They were responsive and was a great crew. Also great to be supporting a small veteran owned business."

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end..we had to delay the project a couple of times but they were very accommodating and worked around our schedule and got everything done in less than 2 weeks for a large demo project... and if there was ever a change we knew right away... communication was great! "Bio Safety Clean was great! They took care of our mold problem. Their price is very reasonable. But what we were most impressed by is the estimate sheet. Very detailed and organized. With all kinds of the estimates we have received in our life, it was the best one. The crew was great too. I overheard Brandon(I think that's his name) talking to other guy explaining how to cut out drywall according to the size how they are sold at the stores. That may be common, but I was still impressed. Chris, the owner, was great too. I texted him late evening about my concern, which I totally forgot to mention ahead of time, but he responded and took care of it."

The two employees who came to are home worked quickly and efficiently and were very friendly and respectful of our pets and out living situation (my wife and I were both working from home the entire time they were there and needed not to be disturbed). "I got the place we are renting mold tested and the results were not ideal. Chris got back to me with an inspection date very quickly. He had excellent communication on when he would be arriving. Chris went above and beyond the call of duty during the free inspection, especially considering he could probably tell from my face that the property owner is not likely to fix the issues (aka Chris wouldn't make money off this but he still got filthy going under the house so I could have the answers I needed to make an informed decision on what to do next for my family). What an upright guy. Has even been answering questions I have after the fact, promptly and thoroughly. If I was a homeowner I would 100% trust Chris to get the job done. Unfortunately in this case it's not up to me."
